Your appointment is very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. ‘No shows’ are included under this policy and will be charged 100% of the missed service. If not, at the time of your next booking 100% of the appointment scheduled will have to be paid prior.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have time for all of your scheduled services. We will either have to shorten your appointment or re-schedule you, but you will still be charged for all originally reserved services. If when you arrive you decide you do not want one of the services you are scheduled for, you will still be charged the no-show fee because it is the same as not showing up for an appointment.

You can also download the Vagaro app. You cancel/ move your appointment. It also shows you past appointments, product purchase and more. 

Special Occassion/Wedding Hair and Makeup: We would love to be apart of your big day. As list above, you will have to place a credit/debit card on file. If you need to cancel your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the schedule appointment if cancelled at anytime.
